WACKEN BATTLE SOUTH AFRICA: BUILD UP INTERVIEW - BULLETSCRIPT \m/
24 MAY 2016
On 28 April, ROAR in Observatory Cape Town, hosted the second of the Battle heats.
The bands involved in the clash were:
Bulletscript took the first Cape Town heat.
This is what the metal band had to say:
What is your take on the show you were specifically apart of?
All in all it was a good friendly battle, think all the bands gave it their all and thought the support was pretty good being a week night.
Besides yourselves, who were you rooting for, to go through in your heat?
Atlantic South - they were really good and super tight.
Were you guys nervous before your set and why/why not?
A little, the stakes were quite high compared to a normal gig but we treated it the same. We just knew we had to do our thing and trust in our music to get us through.
How do feel your set in particular went down.
Haha - think its safe to say it went well :) We felt good after our set, it was a very energetic although short but we felt our song choice was right for the event and the set was just heavy as hell which everyone else seemed to enjoy so went according to plan.
What was your first thought, when they announced your band as the winners going through to the finals?
How do you guys feel about going through to the finals?
Its awesome! Gonna be a tough night, all the bands performing will bring their A-Game but we just have to believe that we got what it takes to go through.
Of all the finalist, who are your favourites to win?
If you guys should go on and win the battle, what would that mean for you?
Which of the following do you prefer?
Wein oder Bier?
Kartoffeln, Wurst oder Eisbein?
Beer and then Potatoes :-)
See you all at the Wacken Metal Battle South Africa, 28 May at Rumours
